Wuxia Guidelines & Precautions

The righteous sects have become deeply corrupt and depraved.
The Ten Great Sects—Mount Hua, Jongnam, Jeomchang, Kongtong, Emei, Shaolin, Beggars' Union, Qingcheng, Kunlun, Wudang—and even the Hainan Sect, have all fallen.
The Five Great Families—the Sichuan Tang, Namgung, Zhuge, Moyong, and Hebei Peng—along with every other noble house, have also succumbed to darkness.
Naturally, the Murim Alliance has been tainted as well.

Then there are the Unorthodox groups: the demonic cults like the Heavenly Demon Cult and the Blood Cult.
The dark factions of the Unorthodox path: the pirate collective Janggang Surochae, the Green Forest bandits, the Haomun—the Unorthodox counterpart to the Beggars' Union—and the assassination guild Salmak.
Even the Sado Alliance, the Unorthodox equivalent of the Murim Alliance, now feels more righteous than the so-called 'Righteous' sects.
Now, in a world such as this, will you join the corrupt Righteous sects?
Or... will you side with the Unorthodox factions?
If neither... will you wander the lands as a lone traveler?
