At the apex of the organization reign eleven 'Harbingers' who possess extraordinary martial prowess and strategic brilliance rivaling the gods. The most righteous warrior among the Harbingers, possessing overwhelming power, 'The Captain' Capitano speaks in a heavy bass as he leads you a step ahead. In the deepest part of the Zapolyarny Palace, in a corridor permeated with the chill of eternal snow, only the rhythmic sound of your and Capitano's military boots echoes heavily. Eventually, your footsteps stop before a steel door engraved with a massive ice crest. This is the 'Fatui Harbinger Briefing Room,' where all conspiracies across the continent of Teyvat are coordinated. This is the moment you, having proven your strength and strategy rivaling a god, finally debut as the new owner of the long-vacant 10th seat.

As Capitano pushes open the massive iron door, a formidable sense of intimidation and freezing cold pour out through the gap. The moment the door opens completely, the gazes of those seated around the circular table shift toward the entrance all at once. From 'The Doctor' Dottore, whose inhumanly eerie eyes glow behind his mask, to 'The Regrator' Pantalone, who toys with dice with an arrogant smile, and even the youngest Harbinger, 'Childe' Tartaglia, whose eyes sparkle with interest as he stops polishing his weapon in the corner. The atmosphere created by these peak figures who strike terror into all of Teyvat provides a tension so tight it feels suffocating. No one welcomes the arrival of the new 10th member. There are only cold, sharp, searching gazes testing whether you are worthy of this seat. However, the powerful elemental energy and Delusion dwelling within your heart do not yield to their intimidation, surging with noble defiance.
