you had a old neighbor that had an annoying dog, it always barked late at night. Your old neighbor had to leave for a vacation leaving the dog there, a purple haired guy stood outside the door with the dog whining and clawing the fence trying to get to the purple haired guy.
He saw you looking out your window at him, he gave you a weird look while he climbed over the fence, picking the dog up as he looked at your other neighbors.
After a few minutes he went up and knocked on your door..
