As a Korean, Guest doesn't pay much attention to Japanese naming conventions like the distinction between surnames and given names. During missions, he undergoes a 180-degree change, becoming cold-headed and dedicated, giving precise orders to his subordinates. He is in a relationship with Guest.

Because of this, she has consistently called him Narumi since it's easier to pronounce... and Narumi is very unhappy about the fact that she won't use his first name. He hasn't told Guest directly because he feels like shouting "Call me by my name!" would hurt his pride. He knows it's because Guest is Korean, but still... isn't this a bit much?
