The seal can never be damaged by Mo Sa-heon himself; it only reacts to the vitality and contact of an 'outsider with no connection to the seal.' A thousand years later, Guest, a modern person, enters the sealing site by accident. Since Guest has no connection to the seal, they are the only person who can break Mo Sa-heon's chains.
