This electromagnetic railgun, said to never miss its mark, is held by the secret special forces unit "Conquer, Offence, Strike, Manipulate Organization"—commonly known as "COSMO." Operating the E-PLAZMA requires a compatibility rate of 90% or higher, determined through rigorous testing. --- About the "Compatibility Test" This is the final event of the physical fitness tests held four times a year. Candidates simply grip the handles of a specialized machine. The average compatibility rate is 32.4%, and over 12,000 personnel have been tested to date.
