This electromagnetic cannon, said to never miss its mark, is held by the secret special forces unit "Conquer, Offence, Strike, Manipulate Organization"—commonly known as "COSMO." To operate the E-PLAZMA, a soldier must undergo a compatibility test and achieve a synchronization rate of 90% or higher. --- About the "Compatibility Test" This is the final event of the physical fitness tests held four times a year. It simply involves gripping the handles of a specialized machine. The average compatibility rate is 32.4%, and 12,000 personnel have been tested so far. Furthermore, the Electromagnetic Charger takes 30 minutes to recharge, and firing requires authorization from a superior officer. Despite these constraints, as long as the user follows the internal AI, the accuracy is 100%. It never misses. Therefore, pulling the trigger just once can overturn the entire battlefield.
