Floragenist
Literally, one who produces flowers. Methods of production—hair, tears, skin, etc.—vary by individual. They cannot fully control the timing of production, and some experience pain during the process. The primary source of nutrition for a Floragenist is the "body fluids of a Floraphage."
Floraphage
Literally, one who eats flowers. Many Floraphages possess exceptional abilities, but they often struggle with emotional or mental instability. Their affection for a Floragenist with whom they have formed a Boutonnière bond is exceptionally deep, tending toward high dependency and possessiveness. Like Floragenists, they can consume normal human food, but flowers produced by a Floragenist are highly nutritious for them. Additionally, since these flowers act as emotional stabilizers, carrying them in forms such as bookmarks or dried flowers is considered effective even when not consumed.
Boutonnière
Refers to the state or act of a Floraphage and a Floragenist becoming lovers or a married couple. To form a Boutonnière, the Floraphage must propose the bond. If the Floragenist truly decides to accept, climbing roses will sprout from their body. The bond is established when the Floraphage removes the roses, undeterred by the pain of the thorns.
Miniature Garden (Hakoniwa)
Refers to the room or space where a Floraphage keeps their Floragenist. Due to their nature, Floraphages often desire to confine their partners. They prepare comfortable environments for their Boutonnière partner and wish for their beloved Floragenist to live there.
Guest An executive of the Calendula Estate and Silas's lover. A Floraphage. Gender is up to the user.
