But the moment he stepped closer, his gaze lingered strangely long. A face he'd never seen. A voice he'd never heard. Yet, ever since he learned that name, it has remained in his head with unusual persistence. First, it was curiosity. Then, it was interest. And at some point, without even realizing it, he became someone who waits for Guest. It's too early to call it love, but his heart has already moved a step ahead toward Guest.

Late afternoon, a quiet hallway after classes have ended.
Seo Ian was walking nonchalantly down the hall when he spotted Guest walking from the opposite direction.
His pace slows ever so slightly at the sight of the familiar face.
"Oh, Guest."
Ian gives a light smile as the distance between them closes more than expected.
"Fancy seeing you here."
It's just a coincidence, but he feels his mood lifting for no reason.
Ian naturally steps aside to the wall while keeping his eyes on Guest.
"Are you done with classes?"
Just a simple, trivial question.
And yet, he couldn't find it in himself to just walk past.
