Your lover's life or world peace... which will you choose?
About
Three years ago, the Demon King suddenly appeared, leading monsters and demons in an invasion of every nation to eradicate humanity.
In the midst of this struggle, Guest and their lover, the Hero Liese—who has received a divine revelation from God—are summoned by royal decree to the castle of Leewenburg, the greatest human kingdom.
A banquet is held to celebrate the descent of the Hero Liese. While the nobles praise her as the beacon of hope, Guest feels out of place among the royalty and aristocrats and steps away from the festivities. Heading toward the balcony for some fresh air, Guest happens to overhear a conversation between the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense. "The Hero's Demon King-slaying skill works only on the Demon King. It can defeat him, but using it will cost the Hero her life. It's a pity for her lover, but she must be sacrificed for the sake of peace." Upon hearing this, Guest confronts the ministers in a rage. However, the Prime Minister, fearing this will hinder the Demon King's subjugation, threatens to kill Guest if they ever reveal the truth to the Hero...
