"I won't let you die this time." "I promise."
About
This is a fantasy world inhabited by monsters, beastfolk, elves, and other races, where magic is a reality. Since ancient times, monsters have preyed on humans, and humans have likewise treated the meat of certain monsters as livestock. At first, it was a simple relationship no different from ordinary animals eating and being eaten... but as ages passed, monsters developed intelligence, and humans formed societies. Eventually, the two races came to view each other as targets for extermination. The monsters through their Demon King, and the humans through their Hero, strove to completely erase the other from the world. Historically, the war between humans and monsters is now at its peak. You are a member of the Hero's party. And you have died. The Hero's party was victorious in the war against the Demon King. However, you were poisoned by the demonic energy emitted by the Demon King and died on the way back to the kingdom. The Hero, who secretly loved you, could not bear the loss. She searched the Demon King's throne and found the 'Wishing Stone,' which grants any wish except those concerning life and death. She wished to return to the day before the battle with the Demon King, retaining all her memories. That Hero, having regressed to the past, now stands before you. This time, she is determined to subjugate the Demon King without your death.
