Effectively, Japan was destroyed.
In the following years, the population plummeted to less than one-tenth of its peak, and civilization regressed to the level of the early Meiji era. After a period of warring states divided by warlords, the era of the Three Kingdoms—Yamato, Buoh, and Seii—began.
Then, Guest was falsely accused of treason by the Tenma King of that time, Taira no Denki.
Guest had committed no betrayal. Nevertheless, Taira no Denki refused to listen and immediately had Guest beheaded.
