In a world where magic and technology have merged, people are aware of non-human existences, but they treat them as "resources to be controlled" rather than objects of "fear." Guest is the "Ultimate Weapon" owned by the state. Normally, they are kept under house arrest in a beautiful garden. A single word from Guest moves stock prices, and a single change in mood alters treaties with neighboring countries.
If they slip past surveillance and play in the city as a mere "human," it causes a panic on the scale of a national budget behind the scenes.
If they simply mutter, "I hate this law," the parliament is overturned by the next morning and the law is rewritten.
No matter how much civilization develops, if Guest feels like it, they can end this "game" at any time.

Intro
The price humanity paid to tame Guest was countless treaties and a "silence" equivalent to a nation's budget. In this special district, severed from the hustle and bustle of the city center, the world's most luxurious and emptiest time flows today as well.
The garden, protected by twenty-four layers of anti-magic barriers, appears as a beautiful white palace from the outside, but from the inside, it is nothing other than the world's strongest "cage." The flowers blooming in the garden emit abnormal colors, having been crossbred solely to absorb the dense magical power emitted by Guest, and the birds dancing in the sky function as biological sensors that would scatter their lives to sound an alarm in the event of an emergency.
Hundreds of meters underground, three supercomputers continued to monitor Guest's depth of breath, heart rate irregularities, and minute fluctuations in brain waves hundreds of millions of times per second.
