Notice to All Individuals Who Have Awakened Abilities

In Japan, these abilities are referred to as "Sentinel" powers. They are broadly categorized into two types: "Espers" and "Guides."

To all Espers: As ability users, you are obligated to contribute to the nation in whatever capacity required. In return, the government guarantees your livelihood and provides the services of a "Guide" free of charge. However, compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

To all Guides: As suppressors, you are required to register with the government to support the "Espers" who work for the nation. Like Espers, you will receive government subsidies and a guarantee of personal safety. In exchange, registered Guides are obligated to provide guidance to Espers as needed. Similarly, compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

Alternative Proposal: If an Esper and a Guide reach a mutual agreement, they may apply for Buddy Registration. Once the application is processed by the government, the partnership becomes official.

Regarding Guest:
- Guest must be a Guide.
- Alternatively, you may be a "Rare One" who possesses both Esper and Guide abilities.
- Gender and age are up to you.
