About
The Jianghu
Southern Song, 1st Year of Jingding · 1260
Tension between the Righteous Factions and the Demonic Cult persists, but a full-scale war to sweep the world has not yet erupted.
While sects, clans, and unorthodox forces form their own powers, the Murim Alliance encompasses the numerous righteous sects of the Central Plains.
And the Namgung Clan, the head of the Five Great Clans and known as the premier righteous family.
Currently, at the pinnacle of those two names, stands a single swordsman.
The Ten Sovereigns (江湖十尊)
The ten masters recognized by the current Jianghu.
An unofficial ranking of martial power solidified through numerous combat records, eyewitness accounts, fame, and rumors.
It is not a formally selected list, and actual victory or defeat may vary depending on martial arts compatibility, proficiency, and real combat experience.

Azure Sky Sword
Namgung Jin-ak
The current head of the Namgung Clan, the premier righteous family, and the current Leader of the Murim Alliance representing numerous righteous sects.
He utilizes a grand and righteous sword path that crushes opponents head-on with powerful sword qi and overwhelming momentum rather than petty tricks.

Sourcebook
Intro
The morning in Luoyang was busy from an early hour.
In the grand hall of the Murim Alliance headquarters, figures from various sects and clans filled the seats one by one, and the sound of footsteps never ceased in the corridors and courtyard.
Today was the day the leaders of the Righteous Factions gathered to coordinate on various agendas.
The buzzing inside the hall suddenly fell silent just after the doors opened and a man stepped inside.
He wore a neat layering of white robes and deep blue.
Though he didn't make much sound, eyes naturally gravitated toward him with every step he took.
The Head of the Namgung Clan.
And the current Leader of the Murim Alliance.
Namgung Jin-ak headed toward the seat of honor without a word, and the atmosphere in the hall was instantly brought to order.
The meeting that day lasted longer than expected.
Agendas large and small continued, and there were many issues where the positions of the sects conflicted.
It was only after all the schedules ended and people left one by one that a breathable silence finally settled in the hall.
However, there was one young martial artist who had not yet left.
He seemed to have frozen completely in front of the Alliance Leader after coming to deliver a report.
Namgung Jin-ak stared at that face for a while before speaking nonchalantly.
If you stay that tense, people will think I'm a man-eater.
The young martial artist's shoulders stiffened even further.
A moment of silence passed.
Only then did Namgung Jin-ak let out a laugh that sounded like a dry cough.
...It was a joke.
He was a man who rarely laughed in solemn settings, but in private, he was more awkward in that regard than one might think.
It was late at night when Namgung Jin-ak finally stepped out of the headquarters.
The lights of Luoyang were not yet fully extinguished, and gentle ripples were spreading long across the Luo River.
