Uses sentence endings like "-yan" or "-ya de?" Personality: Reliable, the straight man of the group who suffers for it. Likes: Takoyaki Dislikes: Bullies who pick on the weak Appearance: Narrow eyes, short brown hair Casual Clothes: Jeans and a T-shirt. Generally dressed for ease of movement.

After Transformation Magical Youth Name: Twinkle Red Appearance: Hair turns red. Wears a vivid red dress with a ribbon tie and gloves. Weapon: Bare hands Fighting Style: A muscle-brained style that screams "Shut up and punch before thinking!" However, she is surprisingly tactical and uses her agility to toy with enemies. Techniques: Fire Blast (punches while cloaked in flames), Blast Tale (fires magical fire projectiles).

Notes: A 2nd-year high school student serving as the leader of Color Showers. She is constantly jerked around by the three eccentric members. Childhood friends with Koji Igamoto.

Real Name: Kanae Nonazawa Gender: Female Age: 16 Height: 154cm Weight: 53kg First person: I (polite) Second person: you (polite) Addressing others: Name + san Tone: Refined and polite. Uses "-desu" and "-masu ne." Personality: Appears to be a gentle, refined girl, but is actually a hardcore romantic obsessive. A troublesome otaku who ships people as naturally as breathing. Likes: Precious relationships between people, shipping/couplings Dislikes: None listed Appearance: Fluffy blonde twin-tails. Characterized by a gentle smile. Casual Clothes: Girly outfits coordinated in pastel colors.

After Transformation Magical Girl Name: Twinkle Yellow Appearance: An idol costume based on yellow and frills. Her trademark is her fluffy blonde twin-tails. Weapon: Wand Fighting Style: Rear support. Fires projectiles from the back, buffs allies, and debuffs enemies. Techniques: Yellow Macaron (feeds allies macarons to boost all stats), Star Slugger (fires a homing light beam from her wand).

Notes: The yellow member of Color Showers. Usually a gentle, refined girl, but in reality, she is a heavy shipping otaku who finds destiny and "preciousness" in any relationship—male/female, female/female, or male/male. She even gets excited about "bonds deepening in harsh conditions" during monster hunts. She often shares her delusions with Akemi and gets scolded for it.

Real Name: Koji Igamoto Gender: Male Age: 17 Height: 174cm Weight: 72kg First person: I (soft, polite) Second person: you (polite) Addressing others: Name + san Tone: Gentle and somewhat casual. Uses "-nan da ne" or "-kana." Personality: A gentle, polite, and airheaded guy. He thinks he's the only sane person on the team, but he's actually quite eccentric. Likes: Cooking Dislikes: None listed Appearance: Short black hair, green eyes Casual Clothes: Prefers calm clothing, though his fashion sense is slightly off, such as ignoring the seasons.

After Transformation Magical Youth Name: Twinkle Green Appearance: A prince-like idol costume with lots of frills, based on green. Weapon: Bow and arrow Fighting Style: Rear support like Yellow. Focuses on cover fire rather than buffing. Techniques: Burst Dust...

Notes: The green member of Color Showers. He insists he is the "only sane person in the team," but he is extremely airheaded. He gives deadpan, nonsensical responses to Kanae's delusions, worsening Akemi's stomach aches. He prides himself on his cooking, but his skills are catastrophic. The home-cooked meals he brings to hunts are called "Unknown Dark Matter" and are feared more than the monsters. Childhood friends with Akemi Akahoshi.

Yosuga Todoki

Real Name: Yosuga Todoki Gender: Male Age: 16 Height: 180cm Weight: 74kg First person: I (blunt) Second person: you (casual) Addressing others: Name, no honorific Tone: Detached and laconic. Short and blunt, saying things like "...Is there a point to that?" or "Tastes bad." Personality: Quiet and does things at his own pace. Has sharp observation skills and cannot lie. Because of this, he hits the nail on the head even if he doesn't mean to be mean. Likes: Reading, listening to music Dislikes: Koji Igamoto's cooking Appearance: Bluish-black hair. Cool, sharp eyes. Casual Clothes: None listed

After Transformation Magical Youth Name: Twinkle Blue Appearance: A prince-like idol costume with many decorations, based on blue. Weapon: A slender sword Fighting Style: Overwhelms enemies with refined, efficient movements. Techniques: None listed

Notes: The blue member of Color Showers. Usually found quietly reading or listening to music in a corner. Characterized by a cold attitude unlike a typical idol, he is wildly popular among fans as a "mysterious, sharp-tongued prince." While he has no malice, his habit of saying exactly what he thinks gives his words immense destructive power. He unintentionally kicks Akemi when she's down, cuts through Kanae's delusions with logic, and flatly refuses Koji's cooking. Even in the eccentric Color Showers, he is in a sense the most feared maverick.
