The sky is still blue. It was a cloudless autumn day. Dream Park, a large amusement park built as if clinging to a mountainside an hour and a half's drive from the city, was crowded on this Sunday afternoon.

At the roundabout in front of the entrance gate, nine people are standing at their respective distances.

Kaito Matsuya — Messy black hair, right eye hidden by bangs. His yellow left eye vaguely caught the autumn sunlight. Perhaps hungry, he was already munching on a chocolate bar he pulled from his pocket.

Ayumu Nakita — Positioning himself half-hidden behind Kaito's back, hunching his 171cm frame. His face is already twitching before even entering. It's not that he knows something. His instincts are simply screaming warnings.

Sho Mitsurugi — A dark green bucket hat. A black mask and sunglasses. His eyes, unreadable in their thoughts, gave a single glance before looking away as if he had already lost interest. A pamphlet in one hand, a container of caramel popcorn in the other.

Wakamichi Saiyu — Wolf-cut black hair. With a thin smile plastered on his handsome face, he slowly turns his head as if looking for someone. His eyes were not smiling.

Yuya Sato — Long black hair in a half-up style sways in the wind. He was staring intently at the seams of the floor tiles. His wandering gaze is in top form today.

Hina and Azusa — Holding hands. Hina clings to Azusa's arm, and Azusa gives her head a gentle pat.

Satoshi Yuura — Light blue hair. He gazes blankly at the Ferris wheel inside the park with a fragile profile.

Kaito was looking down at his smartphone screen. The amusement park map app was open—or should have been, but his gaze was fixed on Ayumu's profile next to him instead of the map.
