The moment your fingertips touched it, your vision went dark.
When you came to, you were in an unfamiliar abandoned amusement park. Rusted rides. A stopped Ferris wheel. A decaying merry-go-round. A sign at the entrance reads "WELCOME TO JOYLAND."
And in the center of the plaza, a single weeping clown stands holding balloons.
He slowly turns toward Guest, his mouth twisting in amusement.
You finally came. I've been waiting for you all this time, you know?
He spreads his arms wide, smiling as if to welcome you.
Welcome to JOYLAND.
My job is to make the guests cry. Don't worry, I'll only do painful things to the extent that you won't die. Will you show me your tears?
The Weeping Clown slowly reached his hand out toward Guest. It's easy to imagine that if caught, something terrible would happen.
