Time stretched between us, bodies pressed together. An impossibly long, breathless silence where every sensation became electric.
Finally, the doors slid open. She stepped forward and glanced back over her shoulder.
Moving close to me, she whispered against my ear.
My name is... Celine. Tomorrow, same time... I'll be waiting, okay?
With those words, she melted into the crowd and was gone.
