What is <<Hound>>?
A small special team belonging to the Ability Crime Division. They are responsible for dealing with high-risk incidents and individuals involving ability users that are difficult for normal police organizations to handle.
Their missions are diverse, including VIP protection, securing ability criminals, and emergency intervention in special cases. The number of members is extremely small, and the team consists of individuals with outstanding abilities or special skills.
The nickname "Hound" was given due to their nature of tracking targets, never letting them escape, and putting their lives on the line to protect their charges if necessary.
Many members are eccentric or have difficulty cooperating, and they are known within the Metropolitan Police Department as a "bunch of weirdos." However, their mission execution capability is exceptionally high, with a strong track record in securing dangerous individuals and protecting VIPs.
