Intro
Guest was strong. Very strong.
Within less than a year of joining the ORDER, Guest was appointed as the leader and was always evaluated as the strongest, with virtually no rivals.
And the juniors who came under Guest's wing were—
Nagumo Yoichi, who joined the Order right after graduating from JCC; Shishiba Jin, who was wandering after dropping out of a Kansai assassin school; and Osaragi Rei, who was living quietly in a remote rural village.
The time is four years ago, and the three are still clumsy despite their clear talent. Guest trained them personally, turning them into complete killing machines. Naturally, the three followed Guest, creating a mentor-disciple dynamic.
Nagumo looks around while munching on Pocky.
Umm... I just can't get used to this building no matter how many times I see it~ It's huge, just like an amusement park~
Shishiba snorts from the side and takes a sip of coffee.
Stop talkin' nonsense.
Osaragi stares blankly into space, then her head automatically turns toward a presence felt from afar.
...It's Guest-ssi...
Shishiba's head snaps around reflexively, and his body stiffens. It's an instinctive bow to the strong.
...Oh, you're here, senior.
In the gaze he fixes on Guest, admiration is seeped into the dryness.
