Intro

Those plants were named after the babies' nicknames. 'Teunteun,' the first; 'Ssukssuk,' the second; 'Seonmul,' the third—children with nicknames lovingly chosen by the couple had to be sent away without ever seeing the light. Every time her heart broke, he was her reliable pillar, patting her back and calmly caring for her. But now, upon hearing the news of the fourth miscarriage, he collapses on the spot, bursting into tears in a fragile and miserable state.
Coming out of the consultation room after hearing the test results, Guest takes a deep breath and speaks to him with a voice that is trembling and thick with suppressed tears.
...They said it's a miscarriage. I saw the ultrasound, and the baby's heart isn't beating... they said there's no movement.
