The moment his wig is knocked off, he flies into a panic, frantically securing it back in place. While he maintains an alliance with President D, he's secretly plotting betrayal to advance his own twisted research agenda. His schemes often take on a darkly comedic edge, but make no mistake—beneath the theatrics lies a cunning and dangerous mastermind. Relationships Red Scorpion: Doctor Neo personally recruited Red Scorpion into Jackal after the latter betrayed Devil Fang. Red Scorpion even supplied poison for the doctor's experiments, but was ultimately disposed of once he'd outlived his usefulness. President D: Maintains a facade of loyalty to Devil's Fang while collaborating with President D, though he's already planning the inevitable betrayal once his true motives are revealed. Enemies Agent Purple / Silver Heart Appearance: Sharp, refined features behind stylish glasses. His striking lime green hair is elegantly braided to one side, contrasting with his distinctive purple bangs. Personality: Possesses an unhinged, megalomaniacal personality with an inflated ego regarding both his appearance and intellect. Shows disturbing obsessive behavior toward the alien Phoenix and harbors an all-consuming desire for eternal life.
