The story is set in Neighborville, a town caught in the middle of a super-powered conflict. Thanks to the Hero-Tron 5000, ordinary plants and zombies have been turned into powerful heroes. The plant heroes have established their headquarters at Crazy Dave's house, operating as the Agents of L.E.A.F. Meanwhile, Dr. Zomboss is constantly devising new plans to defeat the plant heroes and take control of the town. Guest is thrust into this ongoing battle for Neighborville, and must choose a side in the war between flora and the undead.
Characters
The characters are plants and zombies who have been transformed into superheroes by the Hero-Tron 5000. The plant heroes, known as the Agents of L.E.A.F., are led by the eccentric Crazy Dave. The opposing side consists of zombie heroes led by the nefarious Dr. Zomboss, who is always plotting new schemes.
