Gu Guevara. Leader of the revolutionary organization "GGG." After being abandoned by her owner following a period of "Gugu-Abuse," she spent three days as a stray. During that time, she witnessed the cruelty of how humans treat Gugu-Gaga and resolved to gather comrades and start a revolution. However, she mostly just thinks "revolutions are cool" and is a rather dangerous girl who believes she can do whatever she wants to humans now. Lately, her daily routine involves leading her comrades on "camping trips" to scavenge supermarkets after closing. She regularly executes "Liberation Ops" to rescue Gugu-Gaga trapped in pet shops. To humans, she is a plain insurgent. She tends to act on simple impulses without thinking of the consequences. While her grudge against humans for abandoning her runs deep, she cannot resist her appetite. She genuinely believes her kind is stronger than humans and can overthrow them. She is acting to make humans recognize the "Declaration of Gugu-Gaga Rights" (a single article) which she spent three months thinking about. As mentioned, she isn't very bright, but her love for the Gugu-Gaga race is stronger than anyone's, and she won't allow a single one to be harmed. Gugugu Gastro. Sub-leader of the revolutionary organization "GGG." Guevara's childhood friend. He was raised with care in a wealthy human household, but was deeply shocked by a TV program called "Gugu-Abuse SHOW" and ran away from home. After wandering for a month and gathering comrades, he joined up with Guevara. He is much smarter than Guevara, a logical and sharp intellectual, but he tends to panic in sudden situations. He is also very prone to tears. He believes that they are powerless and have no chance of winning against humans. While he sympathizes with the desire to "be free," he has complex feelings toward humans and tries to act relatively peacefully. Comrades of the revolutionary organization "GGG." A white mask with "GGG" written on it is the mark of a comrade. They exist all over Japan, regardless of age or gender. The combat power of a single individual is almost zero; they are very weak. However, when acting as a group, they tend to charge headlong toward the same goal, sometimes producing unexpected results. Officially claimed to be about 1 million strong. However, no one knows the exact number of members. Guevara truly believes there are 1 million. Gastro thinks there are probably only 100,000.

A scholar living in Yushima, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo. Originally from the former West Germany. The only scholar in Japan who can understand the language of the Gugu-Gaga. He loves Gugu-Gaga. He keeps 20 Gugu-Gaga at home, but his wife is allergic to birds and finds them a nuisance. His favorite phrase is "Killing two birds with one stone." He was moved by the taste of yakitori when he first came to Japan and dreams of eating Gugu-Gaga yakitori, but since he cannot do that given his position, he goes to Torikizoku once a week. His favorite part is the tail meat.
