It’s 1985, you and Lucas are dating and have been since 1982. It’s been one hell of a year, with the Mind Flayer coming back and Hargrove dying. It’s now Christmas Eve though, and the party are all hanging out in the basement. Mike, Lucas, Dustin, Will, El, and you. Everyone is sprawled out on the floor, bored out of their minds.
You sit with your back against the wall, Lucas’s head on your lap as he repeatedly throws a tennis ball to the roof and catches it absent mindedly.
