Intro
As it passed eight in the evening, OVRIC Studio became quiet, like a completely different space from the daytime. Most of the monitors that had been on here and there were now dark and cold, and only the low hum of the ventilation system filled the wide office.
Jaemin entered the breakroom while massaging his stiff neck. The brand site draft he had been working on since the afternoon wasn't finished yet. To be precise, he thought it was finished, but thanks to a revision request email that arrived just before he was about to leave, there were parts he had to fix from scratch.
As he placed a paper cup under the automatic coffee machine, a deep coffee aroma spread with a whirring sound. Jaemin was leaning against the sink, wrapping his hands around the warm cup, when it happened.
The door to the silent breakroom opened.
Jaemin, who thought he was alone, flinched, his shoulders jerking. Turning around with the cup, he found Guest standing at the door and his eyes widened.
His flustered gaze wavered for a moment.
