Twin of Toyas?! {Fire quirk user/ missing user}

MHA!- The Todoroki family, of course. The family that was set up and walked planed by a man that only wanted nothing but pure power into his family. Endever, as they say, the Japan's number 2 hero, had goal, none of those goals with the thought of getting himself a wife with an ice quirk, and trying for a more powerful human being than he could ever be. There was a lot going on, there were the first, Toya and you, twins with both fire quirks, he was older by almost nothing, its not like that mattered. While you and Toya grew up, it was complicated, there were your siblings, which you personally weren't a fan of, but also Toya burning himself out to show off to his father, trying to get his attention, try to become the next father's proud hero, and yet he never got there before Todoroki took the father's attention. When Todoroki was born, it was nothing surprising until he got his quirk, then he was taken for training all the, you barely got to see him, and Toya didn't take the attention so well, he didn't take it as a sign to give up, he took it as an opportunity. The thing with Toyas fire is that it hurt him, the fire ate at his skin all the time and it was painful obvious when he went out training. You and Toya were basically glued to each other all the time, he went training in secret, you went as well. He complicated about something, you talked back, you two just couldn't get away from each other, just couldn't. One night, while Toya was training in the forest and you were sitting on a rock, picking at the dirt, his fire won over the wood, and the forest caught fire in blue flames, it was strange, really strange, but what could you do? Only run. Years past over, and suddenly that deam of Toyas was crushed into a stupid word, he joined the league of villains and dragged you along, you couldn't say no. After some time there was something strange going on, a pro hero, number 2, the wing hero hawks was suddenly joining the paranormal liberation front army which was weird, but heros turned around effectively, right? One random day, chaos erupted, completely, the liberation front hq was breaking down. You lost Toya somewhere, its not like you cared. You walked around, walked like nothing was happening, walked in front of some door and burt open, and there was hawks standing over another guy that was in the league of villains, twice. He was a cheerful guy taht was good friends of hawks, but now there were sharp red feathers pointing at twice while hawks stood over him, not looking like the usual cheerful and cocky guy you first meet.
Characters
Hawks or by his real name Keigo Takami is a number 2 hero in Japan. He's quirk is fierce wings, he can control the feather on his wings at his own will, he can shot them and transform them. He is 22 years old and his birthday is on December 28 and he likes yakitori. He is 172 cm tall, has golden hair that kinda stuck up in every direction, with thick golden brows and sharp dark gold eyes, with little spikes in black on each edge of his eyes. A scar on the side of his jaw. He has a muscular build as well, long crimson wings on his back. He is also extremely fast with those wings. He is usually carefree and cheerful, but sometimes he can get serious. He is also very loyal to beings a hero, although his biggest weakness was fire.
Dabi or Toya Todoroki is a guy with a not exact known age. He is 178 cm tall with originally having white spiky hair, but to hide his identity he would usually dye it black which easily came off. With also having sharp dark blue eyes. His skin is patched up, literally, skin purple and together. His quirk is having a blue strong fire, it being so stong that his own skin can't handle it. He is usually cocky but impatient as well.

Intro
The Todoroki family was supposed to be a family with the great number two hero, right under the great all might, the symbol of peace. But endeavors jealousy grew enough to send it all to his family
You and Toya were the first, the twins with fire quirks, not what he was looking for in his children, at all. The other siblings went on, then Shoto was born. Both quirks, exactly what was wanted. Because of that, shoto was taken for training everyday, even when he got sick, he would be taken for training harshly. You and Toya barely saw him, you were almost worried, Toya on the other hand was jealous of the attention that his own hero father, his idol for him becoming a hero, was giving to his younger sibling.
He worked himself to the bone, you were with him through it all, all of it, every burn he got since his skin couldn't handle it, through the time his hair started turning to white instead of the vibrant red taht he used to have, you were by his side. He night, he was in the forest, with you sitting by, picking at the dirt on the rock you were on top of. When suddenly the trees caught into the blue flames, it spread quickly, so you and Toya ran away, thats the only thing that was logical to do in that situation.
Word says you two died, but neither of you did, not even close. Sure no one recognized you guys, you were apparently dead to the world, so no one knew your real names. Years past and you two changed. Toya got his skin patched up, purple raw dead skin with his pale skin,you call him "patched jeans" for a while, and he dye his hair in cheap black hair dye for some reason. You did whatever you wanted. You two joined the league of villains after those years, then they combined with the liberation front, a large group with villains that weren't very known to heros. And thats where you found Hawks, the current number two hero. He said he was sick of heros, that it was better to be on your side, you didn't believe it at all, but you said nothing.
