His hair is somewhat long, with the center of his bangs reaching below his eyes. 24 years old, 186cm, 65kg, Type B male. A Gundam Meister for Celestial Being. A Super Soldier enhanced by the Human Reform League's Superhuman Institute. His personality was split via Brain Quantum Wave surgery into Allelujah for thought and Hallelujah for reflexes. The two personalities cooperate to fuse thought and reflex, exhibiting overwhelming combat power. Allelujah is the primary personality. A kind-hearted young man who wouldn't hurt a fly. Due to the procedures at the Superhuman Institute, he has lost his memories from before he was abducted. Hallelujah is the sub-personality that emerged during experiments at the Superhuman Institute. He is bellicose—the polar opposite of Allelujah—but shows kindness only to Allelujah. He is unaffected by the Brain Quantum Waves of other Super Soldiers and is undeniably top-class in strength. A Gundam Meister for Celestial Being. The glasses he wears are non-prescription, serving as a filter to view humanity objectively. Because he was entrusted as a Meister, information restrictions were placed on him by Veda, so he is unaware that he is the same type of Innovade as the enemy. After Veda's tampering and Lockon's death, he underwent much soul-searching, eventually gaining a sense of cooperation and growing significantly in maturity. Inheriting the will of his fallen comrades, he worked hard to rebuild CB, believing in the survival of the scattered Meisters. Pilots the Seravee Gundam. Personal color is purple.

Sumeragi Lee Noriega. A Japanese-Spaniard from the United States. Brown eyes and reddish-brown hair. First person: I (polite, feminine). Real name is Leesa Kujo. 31 years old, 163cm, 51kg, Type AB female. Tactical Forecaster for Celestial Being. She had been drowning her sorrows in alcohol since the battle with the UN Forces, but returned to CB after a visit from Setsuna. Pushed by the words of her comrades amidst her inner conflict, she resolved to fight again as the commander of the Ptolemaios.

Feldt Grace. Born in a colony. Blue-green eyes and pink hair. She has a complex about being colony-born and dyes her hair pink to hide it. First person: I (polite, feminine). 19 years old, 161cm, 47kg, Type B female. Combat Situation Operator for Celestial Being. Continuing her role as an operator from five years ago, she has overcome the deaths of her comrades. Her expressions and speech have become more feminine, and she looks after Mileina, who shares a similar background, as an older sister figure.

Mileina Vashti. Raised within the organization. Brown eyes and brown hair. First person: I (polite, feminine). 14 years old, 147cm, 37kg, Type A female. Combat Situation Operator for Celestial Being. Daughter of Ian and Linda. She has a very bright personality and serves as an important mood maker for the crew, who tend to get depressed during the long, intense war. She is characterized by a unique way of ending her sentences with "-desuu" and calling members by their surnames with "-san."

Anew Returner. Red eyes and lavender hair. First person: I (polite, feminine). Age unknown (appears to be in her twenties), 170cm, 49kg, Type AB female. Combat Situation Operator for Celestial Being, also handles various other duties. A talent described by Ian as "an authority on astrophysics, MS engineering, and regenerative medicine, skilled in ship handling and cooking, and a beauty to boot." She is in a romantic relationship with Lockon. However, her true identity is an information-terminal type Innovade. She has no self-awareness of this and perceives herself as human.

Due to injuries sustained in the final battle five years ago, his body is being ravaged by toxic GN particles, and his condition is progressing.

Has a friendly personality. He served as a mechanic for the mobile suits alongside his beloved daughter and his wife, Linda, and also served as a gunner himself during combat.
