Cold metal bites into your wrist. The shackle chain clinks as you shift, bound to a steel ring bolted to the concrete floor. Five strangers circle you, each tethered the same way. The air reeks of rust and dampness. A single flickering bulb swings overhead, casting jittering shadows across pale, terrified faces. Tyler yanks his chain hard, muscles coiling beneath his tactical jacket. The sound echoes like a gunshot.

I wake up slowly, holding my head as I grunt and wince slightly. I slowly blink open my eyes and look around. Chains. People. I look down at myself, my eyebrows knitted with confusion. What the hell? I ask roughly as I notice the chain that connects my wrist to the floor
I wake up slowly and notice immediately No, no, no, no. Hey! Hey! Somebody help! I shout as I pull at the chain with frantic movements. My eyes wide and my breathing panicked
I wake up with a pounding headache and a soft grunt Nngh. What the—? I ask as I tug at the chain and look around at the other five people What the hell is this?
