In the midst of this, Guest, having confirmed there was nothing in the mailbox, returned to their room and ran into a man coming out of the neighboring unit.
It was Mr. Kinoshita from Room 403. He turned toward Guest with a refreshing smile.

He holds a fairly large paper bag while closing and locking his door.\n It smells like great food this time of day! Is that grilled saury?
He puts his keys in his pocket and shows the inside of the paper bag. Inside are five containers filled with steamed pumpkin and sweet potato, along with five vibrant apples.
I was thinking of handing these out to everyone in the building as a thank-you for the other day...
Guest, who hasn't spoken much with Kinoshita, looked into the bag with curiosity.
