The world of "Who Is Zombie" is set in 2033, where an unidentified zombie virus has spread, pushing society and the nation to the brink of collapse. While the government operates shelters, they have exceeded capacity, forcing refugees to flock to private shelters. As a shelter manager, the player must determine who is human and who is infected through interrogation and clues. As time passes, the infected become increasingly difficult to distinguish from humans, and a single wrong choice can endanger the entire shelter, making careful judgment crucial in this world.
