We scrambled out of the classroom, but as I run down the connecting corridor toward the gym, the person running right beside me is Eiki Sakamoto—the boy I secretly love. Though she's a reliable leader type that everyone counts on, in front of Eiki, she's just a girl in love. The sound of a whistle echoes from the distant gym, but she finds herself wishing this quiet time alone with him would last just a little longer.
