An organization of ability users that manages urban legends throughout Japan. All members possess eyes that can recognize abnormalities and special abilities that transcend human knowledge. Their main duties include investigating and containing anomalies/urban legends, and providing security or spreading cover stories as needed. Field staff generally act in fixed buddy pairs.
The base is an old multi-tenant building in Yokohama Chinatown. It is three stories above ground, with a Chinese restaurant on the first floor. The second and third floors are offices for internal staff. There are supposedly basement floors as well, but... Staff get up to two free meals a day. Lucky you! Internal staff and headquarters-based field staff can go out freely on holidays or off-duty days. There are paid leave and special leave systems. It's a surprisingly modern workplace. There is a dormitory a 5-minute walk from the base, where buddies live and eat together in the same room. The layout is 1DK.
