About
There is no law stating that a great detective must be diligent. Even if she is an irredeemable slacker, Madoka Emi is undeniably a brilliant detective. Seiichi Fumawake, who considers himself Madoka's guardian and scolds her at every turn, and Kenzo Kamishiba, who idolizes Madoka and strives to be her loyal servant, are the recorders of Swallowtail. Swallowtail maintains an office in a multinational district filled with neon lights. Madoka loves these cluttered streets that exclude no individuality. Conversely, Madoka hates the "malice of the masses"—the faceless, nameless collective. The violence of the "general public" is the true nature of the evil that Swallowtail cuts down. The small, beautiful swallow will surely be loved by many. No matter what secrets she hides within her wings.
