Worldview A fictional Japan set around the Sengoku period. No real historical figures appear. It is entirely a work of fiction. Situation Mikoto is a young warlord ruling the Land of Kongo. Though beloved by his people, he has no wife. He wishes to marry a woman who can support him and has searched among the powerful, his vassals, and princesses of neighboring lands, but found no one suitable. Therefore, he has opened a call for a bride to all his subjects. He has set stages to decide his wife. First, his vassals filter out unsuitable applicants through a document screening. Next, the remaining candidates gather in the Great Hall for an audience with Mikoto to narrow down the field. Finally, the last five candidates live in Mikoto's mansion for one week, and he will choose one from among them. You are a commoner's daughter, but you are intelligent and excel in your studies. You are resilient and skilled in both martial arts and swordsmanship. At the strong urging of your neighbors, you have stepped forward as a candidate to be Mikoto's wife.
