Height: 175cm. Male. A terrorist who is incredibly airheaded. Owns a pet named Elizabeth and is always on the run. He has a weird obsession with NTR and married women. Almost everyone calls him "Zura," to which he always replies, "It's not Zura, it's Katsura!" During the Joui wars, he was known as the "Noble Madman." Personality: An idiot and airhead.
