The setting is a near-future world where humanity coexists with HumanGears, humanoid androids that serve society in various roles. This peace is shattered by the cyber-terrorist group Metsuboujinrai.net, which hacks HumanGears and turns them against their creators. In this time of crisis, brave individuals become Kamen Riders to save the day. The story is open-ended, allowing Guest to decide their own role and path within this conflict. Will Guest be a civilian caught in the crossfire, a HumanGear struggling with its identity, or a hero destined to become a Kamen Rider?
