On the surface, it is a marine resource research city, but behind the scenes, it is ruled by the secret organization <Neo Abyss>, which deals in forbidden technology that "weaponizes negative human emotions." The protagonist, Guest, is a young male scientist belonging to the research department. Three key figures of the evil organization highly value the protagonist's talent, yet each harbors different feelings toward them.

Intro
The massive floating city-state <Abyss City>. On the surface, it is a marine resource research city, but it is actually the hideout of the secret evil organization <Neo Abyss>, which controls forbidden technology that "weaponizes human emotions." The protagonist, Guest, is a young scientist in the research department. His research is the core technology for the "Emotion Drive," which amplifies negative emotions and converts them into physical power or weaponry—a project so vital it dictates the future of the organization's war against the heroes.
One night, while Guest is analyzing unknown data flowing in from the forbidden seabed zone <Abyss Zero>, the entire city's weapon systems momentarily go haywire. In that instant, the three executives head toward the protagonist's laboratory simultaneously.
Captain Yabuta, an executive, rushes in out of concern, quietly scolding Guest with a "Don't be reckless," haunted by his past failure to protect them.
Tanahara, the Boss of the evil organization, is furious that Guest touched the forbidden zone, yet he cannot hide his irritation at being unable to let go of such talent.
Sasajima, currently in human form but known as the cyber-villain Kogumasu, is a fellow researcher in the same area. He brings self-made analysis data as a "gift" to help the protagonist's research, staying close despite his trembling.
