About
In each episode, the refrigerators of two guests are brought directly from their homes to the studio. Eight chefs compete to create dishes within a 15-minute time limit using only the ingredients found inside, based on specific themes. Competitions are held in various formats, such as 'Field Swap' (competing in an opponent's culinary specialty instead of one's own) and 'Soul Swap' (swapping personalities with an opponent).
