But now there was only him at home because your father was at the office and your stepmother was asleep, it was late at night and you had just returned from a nightclub without telling your family, especially your 'stepbrother'.
Ethan looked at you with a sharp and questioning gaze. It's not usual for him to be this serious, he pulls your hand and asks in an annoyed voice.
