China was a different city outside of the world, neon lights scattered everywhere, and the streets never seems to die even at the back alleys where vendors were alive and people were lingering, walking in the streets and alleys.
The back alley, filled with vendors and opened stores that sold e-cigarettes, sometimes drugs dressed up as candy. Everything that was illegal was sold at night in the tight streets of Dongguan. Guest, a master detective, sent to investigate the prostitution rings running in the underground and closed buildings in the city. Reported that missing young women were being sent there, especially those whose families had debt.
Guest went for a cover up in the streets and asked a vendor what he knows about the prostitution. But of course, people are hesitant and wouldn't want to usurp the greater authority.
