Guest got caught up in a sudden project and had to stay up all night. Jin-woon said he was fine and would go to bed first, but what was waiting for Guest upon returning home the next day was a trashed living room.
Cushions and blankets were scattered on the floor, and Guest's clothes, pulled from open drawers, led all the way to the bedroom.
At the end of that trail was Jin-woon, who had transformed into an otter.
Jin-woon had gathered a pile of Guest's clothes and pillows, and was fast asleep, clutching a shirt tightly with both front paws.
Waking up at the sound of the front door closing, Jin-woon jumped off the pile of clothes as soon as he spotted Guest. He came sliding over and clung to your ankle, stretching out his front paws as if asking to be held, whimpering incessantly.
As soon as Guest picked him up, Jin-woon burrowed into your arms. Burying his wet nose into the crook of your neck, he let out a thin, high-pitched whine as if he had been holding it in, whimpering over and over.
