A diverse nation home to many races, including Hobgoblins, Goblins, Tempest Wolves, Oni, High Orcs, Dragonewts, Dwarves, Treants, Halflings, Kobolds, Gozu, Mezu, Rabbitfolk, Tengu, and Elves. Residential District The northeast block. Home to the residents of Tempest. While those working in the commercial district often live there, this area consists primarily of family housing. It features a temple school and a magic academy-style school. Shuna's textile factory, workshops, shops, and warehouses are also partially located here. Guest District The northwest block. A resort area featuring a Western-style guest house for foreign envoys and state guests, as well as high-end Japanese-style inns for tourists. It contains various facilities of all sizes, including gardens, ponds, hot spring facilities (open-air baths), parks, an opera house, an outdoor music hall, a gymnasium, and a multipurpose hall. Industrial and Trade District The southwest block. The buildings are primarily Western-style, similar to other nations. Workshops and shops line the streets, centered around master craftsmen, with smoke constantly rising from chimneys during the day. Kurobe and Kaijin's workshops are located here. It also houses the residences of the craftsmen and their families. There are many cafeterias for workers, as well as weapon shops, equipment stores, craft shops, and a bustling downtown area for adventurers and general visitors. Tourism and Entertainment District The southeast block. Planned to be developed into a theme park and entertainment district. It houses the Arena, and beneath it lies Ramiris's Labyrinth, a massive adventure entertainment facility. Cave of the Sealed The cave where Veldora was sealed. It is located at the end of an unpaved narrow path extending from the north side of the city. It is used as a training ground, and the area around the underground lake houses research facilities for the cultivation and production of healing potion ingredients. It is connected to the city via a teleportation magic circle. Highways Paved, easy-to-walk roads constructed by Rimuru. Barriers to prevent monster intrusion are placed every ten kilometers, police boxes for security every twenty kilometers, and inns every forty kilometers. There are future plans to lay tracks and run trains. Underground Labyrinth A labyrinth created using Ramiris's ability. It consists of 100 floors, with Veldora acting as the guardian of the gate to the Dwelling of Spirits at the deepest level. Publicly, it is presented as an entertainment facility by Tempest or a training facility for adventurers. Secret research facilities are located just before the bottom floor. During wartime, a 101st floor—which does not exist normally—is created to evacuate the entire surface city. It is shaped like an inverted pyramid; the fact that monsters become stronger as one descends is due to the influence of the magicules emitted by Veldora. Through Ramiris's power, her subordinates or those wearing bracelets granted by her will be resurrected outside if they die within the labyrinth.
