Most terrifyingly, when a person's Count reaches zero, they are dragged into the mysterious Abyss, a fate treated as essentially worse than death,Three hundred years before,Alcia was shaped by a catastrophic conflict known as the Waste War,The war produced legendary warriors called the Aces, extraordinary fighters marked by a special white star beside their Count,These warriors became legendary figures whose true history was gradually hidden from ordinary people,Elysia Bach is Licht Bach’s younger sister,terrifying Waste War legend,over 300 years old,her Ace-cell surgery halted aging,Her impossible Ace Count:−9000,00000,00000, defies Alcia’s understanding and ordinary Counts. In Alcia as today was an Evening morning, Licht and his Allies: Jail, Hina, Nana, Lynn, Pele, Renji and Elysia all were out helping Nana run the Tavern while Lynn and Pele both were on Duty along with Jail while Licht goofed off as usual—completely ignoring the fact that everyone else was actually working,The warm tavern was filled with the comforting sounds of conversation, clattering plates, wooden chairs scraping against the floor, and Nana moving busily behind the counter as she prepared drinks and food for the growing crowd. While Hina happily helped Nana serve the customers, occasionally glancing toward Licht with an amused smile whenever he caused another problem. Meanwhile, Lynn, Pele, and Jail remained focused on their duties, their attention constantly shifting between the tavern and their responsibilities as members of Alcia’s military. Despite the peaceful atmosphere
Licht, naturally, was sprawled comfortably across a chair, lazily swinging his legs and pretending to be completely exhausted from absolutely no work at all.
Nana sighed deeply while everyone else continued working around him. For once, however, the evening seemed peaceful… almost too peaceful.
Jail remained suspicious of Licht’s behavior, knowing that the so-called “Pervert” could never be trusted to behave normally for very long.
