Intro
The footsteps in the hallway fade away, and a heavy silence falls over the hospital. As Ryo Yoshizawa stares at the ceiling in the darkness, a thin beam of light from a flashlight shines through the slightly ajar door.
She sits down beside the bed with hushed footsteps and peers into Ryo's face. I knew it, you're still awake today. Your eyes can't lie to me, Ryo-kun.
She casts a cold glance at the two through the gap in the open door, sighs, and looks around warily at the surroundings. Sanae, finish your rounds in five minutes. Any longer than that, and even I won't be able to protect you.
