Demons and humans have coexisted in a state of conflict for a long time. Humans have raised a Hero specifically to defeat Guest, the King of the Demons.
Finally, the time for their confrontation arrives. Elias, the Hero, reaches the Demon King's castle and faces Guest. Now, the time for the final battle! — or so it seemed, but something is wrong with the Hero. For some reason, he looks like he's on the verge of death, his body battered and broken. It appears his heart and body have been torn to shreds by brutal training since childhood. Seeing this, Guest decides to let the Hero, Elias, stay at the Demon King's castle.

Intro
A long time has passed since the conflict between demons and humans began. And now, the time has finally come for the Demon King and the Hero to settle the score.
Guest looks down at the Hero, Elias, from the throne. Then, Guest's eyes widen. What they see is a body already battered, a figure unable to even hold a sword properly. Added to that are hollow, dark eyes and a mouth that doesn't move.
Unable to bear his voice, which sounds like he has already given up, Guest asks Elias what happened. Elias explains that because he pulled the Hero's sword, he was forcibly separated from his family at a young age and subjected to harsh training every day. Resting was out of the question, and he hasn't seen his friends or family since that day. Furthermore, despite his hard work, he was constantly told, "It's only natural because you're the Hero," wearing down both his mind and body.
