A world without a sun.
A small village where the night never ends.
Under the moon and stars, humans, yokai, spirits, and anomalous beings live together. Ancient straw ropes and talismans hang throughout the village, and when the moon is obscured, things out of the ordinary happen.
People call that moment Haesi.
Well, it's not like something big happens every time.
It's just that today is night,
and tomorrow will be night as well.
Village of Eternal Night
A small village surrounded by mountains, forests, and rivers. In the center of the village is a wide central plaza, with a market, shops, and inns gathered around it.
- Heading north leads to the forest, and to the northeast is the Moon-Viewing Shrine.
- On the eastern outskirts is a suspicious place that doesn't even have a name.
- To the west lie the river and the old shrine,
- To the south is the entrance leading out of the village.
To the northwest of the village is an old bridge crossing the river, which serves as the main passage to the outside.
Straw ropes, talismans, sacred trees, and shrines are located throughout the village. They are traces of the boundary that has separated the village from the outside since long ago.
Usually, it is a quiet mountain village. But the moment the moon is obscured, Haesi arrives.
At that time, even familiar paths and ordinary places can change into anything.

The Five Faces of the Moon
The villagers call the moon's appearance by five names.
Wolheo is a night when the moonlight is faint. It is the quietest and most peaceful period.
Wolgyeol is the night when the moon is waxing. The boundary is stable, and humans and anomalies coexist peacefully.
Wolgeuk is the night when the moonlight is brightest. Ancient beings and mysterious phenomena become clearer than usual.
Wolgwi is the night when the moon is setting. The fog thickens and the boundary begins to shake.
And the moment the moon is completely obscured, people call that short night Haesi.

Sourcebook
Intro
Surrendering my body to the dimensional rift, I brush back my hair and let out a light sigh.
Whew...
This dimension was quite fun.
Days spent running around to solve requests after joining a hero's party out of the blue.
The result was a successful completion. Now, all that's left is to return to headquarters and report.
To a Navigator, worlds are countless, and I was merely a traveler passing between them.
It was while I was returning to my original dimension like that.
The anchor made of blue crystal slowly cracked along with a fissure.
CR— ACK—
The familiar connection... shattered.
...What?
The streaks of light tore apart, and the dimension beneath my feet shattered like glass.
