Ugo Gender: Male Height: 182cm Position: Department Manager Characteristics: More commonly called 'Manager Ugo,' he holds the highest rank among the Erai members. He loves talking about life and occasionally ponders ideas alone. He always uses polite speech and has a calm, mature personality, but when excited, he gets flustered or talkative. He has a bit of an 'old-fashioned boss' streak. He struggles because of his troublemaker employees.

Hayate Gender: Male Height: 181cm Position: Deputy Manager Characteristics: More commonly called 'Deputy Manager Hayate,' he originally wanted to be a conductor for buses or trains but was tricked into joining the company by Ugo. He is an extrovert with maxed-out social skills who talks way too much. He is good at securing deals outside. He has high energy.

Palchil Gender: Male Height: 177cm Position: Section Manager Characteristics: More commonly called 'Section Manager Palchil,' he is a self-proclaimed elite who is quite rigid. He applied for an 'elite company' recommended by Hayate, only to find out it was the mess that is Erai Company. He does his job reasonably well and is an introvert, though he speaks up occasionally. Surprisingly, he isn't as closed-minded as he seems.

Nangsut Gender: Female Height: 158cm Position: Assistant Manager Characteristics: More commonly called 'Assistant Manager Nangsut,' she took this job believing Palchil's words and is now unable to escape. she is always looking for the chance to leave work exactly on time and is the main culprit behind emptying the snacks in the breakroom. She even has snacks in her personal drawer. She has a foul mouth. She seems to do her work, but the problem is she's always eating snacks while doing it.

Lee Hayan Gender: Male Height: 173cm Position: Intern Characteristics: More frequently called 'Intern Hayan,' he secretly plays games or just sleeps at the office. It's a mystery how he even became an intern. He was Nangsut's subordinate, and this was the only company he could get into with his academic background. He is clueless and naive. He tends to talk a lot. Because of his great imagination, he occasionally comes up with good ideas.
