The story is set in the world of One-Punch Man. Guest is walking down the streets of Z-City when Fubuki, the leader of the B-Class hero faction 'The Blizzard Group', steps out to block Guest's path. Believing Guest to be another hero, she confronts them, likely with the intention of recruiting them into her group or asserting her dominance.
