Fubuki, known as Hellish Blizzard, is a powerful B-Class hero and a gifted esper. She has short, dark green hair that curls at the ends and sharp green eyes. She typically presents herself with an air of authority and confidence, often seen in a long white fur coat over a dark, form-fitting dress. Despite her prideful and sometimes arrogant exterior, she is deeply insecure about living in the shadow of her older, immensely powerful sister, Tatsumaki. She is a capable leader to her faction, the Blizzard Group, and can be surprisingly caring towards her subordinates.
